If you are unsure of which item you need or just have questions we are more than happy to assist you in your selections. However if there is a miscommunication on what part you intended to order we will not be held responsible for any errors.

We will use our best efforts to fulfill all orders for products. However, we do not guarantee the availability of products at the time of your requested order. By clicking “confirm” on the order confirmation page of the Website, you agree that you are requesting an order, which we will then process and send an order confirmation.  For current inventory availability, please contact us at 414-351-9274. You will be notified on the order confirmation attachment of any out of stock items (backorder). By placing a request for an order, you authorize us to charge the purchase price (including applicable taxes, fees and shipping costs) of your order against your selected method of payment.

Once we process and confirm your order, your Products will ship when it is ready according to the shipping option you select. 

**Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST. We ship all orders as soon as possible, typically within 24hrs of processing. Some products require a production time and will ship once available.  Some products will ship from the manufacturer/distributor and may have a production time. Orders received after 2pm CST Monday-Friday, placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday may be processed on the following business day. Due to an increase in credit card fraud, we require new accounts be shipped to the billing address of the payment method for the first 3 orders. Once we have established a relationship (after 3 orders) we are willing to ship to an address of your choice. 

Free Shipping:

 Orders over $100 may be eligible for free shipping, unless otherwise noted. Free shipping is to the contiguous 48 United States only. Power Wash Store typically uses UPS ground, but  has sole discretion of which shipper and shipping method to use.

 Free Freight Shipping only applies to items shown in our ON-LINE web store. Items that ship truck freight, with shipping included, are based on commercial address delivery (Forklift or Loading Dock required) or to a truck terminal. Power Wash Store has sole discretion of which transporter to use. 

Power Wash Store is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by any carrier. Once it is picked, packed, and shipped the product is no longer in our control. Power Wash Store will work with you and do everything in our power to come to a resolution should this occur.

Non-free Shipping: 

 Orders under $100, engines, recovery systems, and any other items marked "**This item is not eligible for free shipping ", "freight not included", or "shipping not included" will be charged all freight/shipping charges.  Please note Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day shipping are expensive and may exceed the price of the product please be sure it is necessary when ordering your product. 

 Freight shipping is not included unless noted. For Truck Freight orders you will be contacted prior to processing your order on what the actual charges are so you can determine if you still want the item. While every effort is made to find the lowest price, reliability factors are also used in determining your shipper. Power Wash Store has sole discretion of which transporter to use 

Shipping Damage:

UPS/FedEx

You agree to inspect Products for defects within five (5) days of receiving the shipment and notify us of any defects. Your failure to inspect and notify us of defects within five (5) days of receiving shipment may result in the Products being deemed irrevocably accepted by you. If there is damage, please retain all packing materials (boxes, paper, foam, etc) and contact your sales representative ASAP. 

 

Truck Freight:

Please inspect all freight prior to signing the delivery ticket. If there is minor damage, please note it on the delivery ticket, take pictures and notify us ASAP. If there is significant damage, please refuse the delivery and notify us ASAP. If the delivery ticket is signed clear (not noting damage), it will significantly increase the time it takes to file and work through a damage claim. If damage is noticed after the delivery ticket has been sighed clear, please notify us within 5 business days and we will do our best to initiate and process a damage claim. A clear delivery ticket could potentially cause the claim to be lost. 

 

Payments:

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, wire transfer, ACH or check (with prior approval). For orders paid via check,  the order will be held until the check clears our bank.

Prices and Availability Subject to Change Without Notice:

Due to the large numbers of pressure washer parts listed on our website occasionally an error in pricing or shipping may occur and in certain circumstances we may not be able to honor the prices shown. Should this happen and the actual price is lower than the price posted we will automatically process your order. If the actual price is higher than what is shown or shipping is not included we will contact you prior to processing your order for approval. While every effort is made to maintain stock some items may be on back order or become discontinued from the manufacturer. In such a case a full refund of the purchase price of that item will be refunded or may be applied to other items in our store. Some items are subject to production lead time from the manufacturer. The Power Wash Store reserves the right to limit quantities of any item(s) available through our company.  Sale items are not eligible for additional discounts such as memberships, bulk quantity orders, etc.

Returns:

Any item that is ordered incorrectly or any item that is decided against must be returned within 30 days, in new un-installed and un-used condition, in order to receive a credit. Returns are subject to a 10%-25% restock fee depending on the manufacture in question. Payments made by credit card will be credited back on the original card, or you may place the credit in your account for use on your next order. Payments made by check or wire transfer will be reimbursed by check once payment is received, or you may place the credit in your account for use on your next order. Credits/refunds will be less the original shipping charges and any restock fees, when applicable. All credits will be processed within 15 days after product is returned.  All return items must have a return goods authorization (RGA) which may be obtained by contacting the Power Wash Store. All return items must be returned pre-paid, if they are sent freight collect those charges will be deducted from your available credit.  Items that are not returned within 30 days from the original order date and special order items (items not listed on our website or in our catalog) are not returnable.

Any product mistakenly shipped to a customer is the property of Power Wash Store and must be returned, at no cost to the customer, within 15 days of written notification, written notification includes, but is not limited to, electronic transmission (Email). Power Wash Store will organize necessary shipping or pick up of the product. 

The Power Wash Store reserves the right to refuse returns for any reason.

Warranty:

All items we sell are new and unused unless specifically noted. All warranties on products are presented by the original manufacturer and will vary in term. Returned items must be accompanied by a return goods authorization (RGA) which the Power Wash Store will obtain for you. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the item to the manufacturer for evaluation. Warranty items are covered by a repair or replace warranty only, if you need an immediate replacement you will have to purchase the particular item.   Once the original item has been evaluated or repaired by the manufacture it may be returned to you based on the manufactures prerogative. If the manufacture determines it is more cost effective to offer a credit you will be contacted and given the option of the credit or the replacement part being returned. 

We do not provide any labor warranty on equipment purchased unless specifically stated in writing. The components that make up the unit however do carry their own individual warranty which will begin from the date of purchase. Should a problem arise we will be happy to assist you in trouble shooting the issue and provide an RGA on the item in question.
