The PH-3020D system functions as a pH meter and controller, designed to simplify wastewater treatment by promoting quicker settling of solids, increased buoyancy of emulsified oils, and precipitation of certain metals. Extreme pH levels can adversely affect water treatment system performance, making automatic pH adjustment highly recommended. Water Maze offers various automatic pH control systems, some integrated into the base product, others available as factory-installed options or standalone systems. The PH-3020D includes a digital pH controller that monitors and adjusts both base and acid pH ranges, a circulation pump, and chemical peristaltic pumps. Once the pH set points are met, the controller's permissive interlock system signals downstream release and/or post-processing of the water. This system provides efficient and automated pH control for enhanced wastewater treatment.
