The SC Series skid is a total self-contained high output hot pressure washer with serious, industrial cleaning power. It is designed to withstand daily use by professionals who rely on its dependability and cleaning speed top make a living. The SC Series pressure washer includes a super high output burner with extended fuel capacities and a 3.0 KW generator with 115v auxiliary power outlets that are perfect for lights or other optional equipment like our wash water recovery systems or water recycling systems. Its high impact cleaning power, rugged stainless steel construction and Pro-Tect-It frame enable it to handle huge cleaning tasks with ease and without the need for an outside power source. The SC pressure washer has proven itself time and time again in commercial and industrial applications, so whether you are cleaning ships, heavy equipment, buildings or concrete - the SC will be on hand, giving you the power to get the job done right.
 

Rugged “Pro-tect-it” Frame:

Hydro Tek’s unique “Pro-tect-it” frame of 1¼”, heavy gauge steel, with durable electrostatically applied powder coat finish.

SpiraLast™ Coil and Heating System:

A 12v oil fired burner is paired with the Hydro Tek manufactured SpiraLast™ heating coil for an efficient heating system. Robotically fused ½” schedule 80 steel pipe is cold rolled to protect the steel pipe from fatigue and the spiral coil is then surrounded by ceramic insulation and stainless enclosure with double-wall end caps. Industrial Engines:

Efficient OHV gas engines with electric key start, low oil shutdown, and cast iron cylinder for maximum duty and performance. Some models equipped with a durable, water-cooled diesel engine with key-switch shutdown, for enhanced longevity and single fuel source. 

Fuel Tanks:

Heavy Duty “roto-molded” rust free fuel tanks with fuel filter to protect against contaminated fuel. Extended run time (up to 8hrs.) eliminates interruptions. High capacity 8 gallon gas and 18 gallon diesel fuel tank decrease refueling and operator down time.

Total Relief Unloader - Remote Mounted:

Flow-sensitive unloader allows pressure to build up gradually as trigger gun is activated eliminating “pressure spikes” and improving operator control and safety. When the gun is released, entire system pressure is relieved, enhancing system life and eliminating engine starting problems. The unloader is panel mounted eliminating heat failure and vibration. Balanced regulating unloader on 2-gun and 4000psi systems.

NEMA4- Water Tight Control Panel:

ETL certified to UL1776 Class 2, for use in wash-down area, exceeding Industry standards. Special Hydro Tek control box features easy to use controls and provides instant access to electronics. (SC36004D12Q n/a)

2 Gun Compatible:

Allows the operator to operate two pressure guns simultaneously, creating a multi-purpose machine, increasing efficiency and time. Unique split flow design balances pressure spikes. The adjustable flow feature also allows the operator to conserve water when needed

110v Diesel Fired Burner with On-Board 3000 watt Generator:

Provides automatic, high-intensity ignition and reliable power for the heating system. Supplemental power outlets from the generator (GFCI Protected) offer the operator additional electrical power to run lights or accessories. (D12 models have an efficient 12V burner system that offers and economical alternative and still provides maximum burner performance - not compatible with auxiliary accessories)

Belt Driven Pump:

High torque, V-belt driven pump, low RPM, cooler and quieter operation for continuous duty performance.
