Hydro Tek Self-Contained Filtration - RZV10E1
Trailer/Truck Bed Mounted Self-Contained Filtration
RZV10E1 10 gpm Recovery – 8 gpm Process
The RZV10E1 vacuum filtration has similar features as the AZV88, but with a recovery rate of 10 gpm. The vacuum and pump out are both 120 volts. Includes a 35’ power cord with ground fault interrupter that can be plugged into a standard 120v wall outlet or a 3500-watt generator may be used for portability.
Protecting the environment from wash water runoff and complying with governmental storm drain regulations is simple, economical and effective with the AZV Series. The AZV vacuum recovery and filtration system provide 7 stages of filtration with up to 5-gpm continuous five-micron processing of wastewater where soaps and other chemicals are not used.
Wastewater is recovered through a vacuum scupper to eliminate run-off. Recycled water is pumped back to your bulk water tank for reuse to power wash concrete or other flatwork or diverted to landscaping or sewer as permitted. Heavy solids are collected in the V-section of the tank and are easily removed through a quick purge dump valve.
When combined with a Hydro Tek SC or SCU Series washer and ProTowWash® trailer or tank skid, you have a completely self-contained mobile wash, recovery, and recycle unit. The system is the choice of professional cleaners to protect the environment, conserve water, and comply with EPA storm drain requirements. (For use with cold water or hot water up to 200°F)
Complete system includes: 50’ vacuum hose, scupper, and containment berms.
New updates for the Hydro Vacuum AZV and RZV mobile water recovery filtration systems. This update is regarding filter changes and vacuum housing.
The first update is the change to a lift-out 800-micron strainer basket to replace the debris bags as stage one of the filtration process. This strainer basket can swiftly be dumped & rinsed when full to get the user back to work right away and eliminates the need to clean or purchase replacement filter bags.
The next update is the change from both the pleated and carbon filters to a pair of new string wound filters. String wound filters are effective in removing sediment which is the type of filtering needed by the majority of pressure washer users. These filters will last longer on typical pressure washing jobs resulting in a lower cost of ownership. The new string wound filters are now being stocked and can be ordered for previous models of AZV or RZV filtration units, too. There may be an occasion where a user may require the original pleated and carbon filters so those filters will still be available.
The third update is the change to an all stainless, rustproof vacuum chamber and housing. In addition, there is a drain added to be able to drain any water that may get trapped in the vacuum chamber
