Mosmatic 3 Nozzle Bar Model TKA-3w3

The turbo rotor arm, in conjunction with a swivel, begins to turn on its own from the water pressure. This product is found mainly in automatic car wash facilities in the area of rim and finish cleaning as well as in the flat surface cleaning industry.

Welded by a Robot (W-Style)

The W-style turbo rotary arms are built to withstand high-RPMs, which is why Mosmatic uses high-precision robots to make the welds, counterbalance the arms, and equally calibrate each one. These measures eliminate vibrations and keep the machine still during use.

Light and Robust (W-Style)

Regular models aren't as light as the W-style models, which have more narrow diameters to reduce mass and weight. Robot welding allows the nozzle holders to maintain an added robustness due to the precision they have.

W-Style

The champion among rotor arms. This design is chosen most often. Its shallow installation depth of just 20 mm measured from the nozzle connection to the rotary union connection is one of its strongest advantages. It features a fixed yet optimally set spray angle.

Revolutions

The Mosmatic assortment includes slow-turning rotary unions with a maximum of 30 RPM (e.g. for hose connections) as well as fast-turning rotary unions with up to 2000 RPM for automatic car wash systems.

H-Style

H-style design features fixed spray angles which don't let you choose the speed, but it does get most jobs done all the same.

S-Style

S-style design features adjustable nozzle heads, which governs your rotation speed depending on the chosen angle.
