Mosmatic Conversion Kit #5230

This product is for owners of surface cleaners not manufactured by Mosmatic. The conversion kit replaces the most important parts on the existing surface cleaner with high-quality Mosmatic components. This transforms the surface cleaner into a new product, avoiding significant costs that would result from purchasing a new surface cleaner.

Adapter Plate

The Mosmatic swivel joint is attached to the existing housing with the adapter plate. The plate contains standardized pre-drilled holes and fits most types of housings.

Mounting Screws

Supplied with three screws for attaching the adapter plate is included with the rotary joint.

Polished Stainless Steel (INOX)

A Robust and an optically elegant design are the priorities Mosmatic sets for its products. There is no question of using anything but polished stainless steel (INOX) for all of our products.

High-Quality Swivel (SOLD SEPARATELY)

The swivel with reinforced, self-lubricating bearings made of stainless steel and a carbide gasket system specially designed for high revolutions ensures long-lasting durability.

Rotor Arm (SOLD SEPARATELY)

The turbo rotary arm must withstand high revolutions, so a precision robot takes over the necessary welding tasks. The rotary arm is also counterbalanced and precisely equilibrated, which prevents dangerous vibrations.

Adapter (SOLD SEPARATELY)

The adapter is used to reduce the distance between the nozzle to the surface. Depending on the amount of existing housing, it could be beneficial to make use of this attachment. The distance can be reduced by up to 30 mm with this adapter.
